As the holidays get closer, we’d like to offer a few tips for making the season more green. This week’s tip reminds us that a thoughtful gift of our own time and attention (with a little garlic thrown in) can be a very special present indeed.

“Every year I usually make some sort of food product to gift to all my neighborhood friends. This year I am making a roasted tomato and garlic sauce and homemade pasta. I usually have a ton of jars that I have saved to bottle the sauce - and this year I will be adding a few Skoys. They are a reusable paper towels which are also bio-degradable (and totally cute) - it also fits into a home-made, kitchen-ish kind of theme.” — Camille
